“Mary and I continued in international education after our decade at CAC (1981-1991) until our retirement in 2015. During that time (1991-2015) we were in Latin America for four years (Caracas and Panama), China for twelve (Beijing and Guangzhou), and Taiwan for eight years. We continued to build MUN programs everywhere we went, while teaching English and Social Studies courses. Since retiring, Mary has drafted the first volume of a trilogy and I am working on a memoir covering our four decades of international life. After graduating from Tufts. Billy had several professional diving jobs in the Bahamas, Hawaii, and Fiji and then entered the teaching and international school path. He and his wife, Laure, have taught in Cairo and Shanghai and now teach at Jakarta International School where they live with our grandson, Maximus.”

OUR CAC MOVIE MAKERS AND RISK TAKERS
Last school year, Keegan Baca grade 12, Yomna El Shabrawy, Noor Ramzy grade 8 and Cadence Wisniewski grade 6, took part in the Film Festival competition offered by the Student Voice Organization. They created a 2 minute film responding to the prompt “In Another’s Shoes” showcased at a live film screening celebration at ISTE 2018 in Chicago, IL USA https://conference.iste.org/.
